Our staff are qualified trainers and assessors, and provide these services for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) and private companies. Our collective experience covers over 20 years experience of manual book keeping (we understand what is happening in your accounts, not just how to make it happen), over 20 years experience in PC and software support and 5 years as an MYOB Certified Consultant.
We have a range of courses to suit most levels of experience. Attendees of our classroom based training should have at least some basic PC experience. If you have no basic PC experience we offer a Basic Introductory course in computers. This course will give you enough skills to be able to actively participate in MYOB classroom based training.
Basic PC skills
This course is designed to familiarise the new user with the operation of a PC and covers keyboard and mouse skills, document storage, using the Window desktop, running applications, backup and restore, CD creation, internet surfing and more.
This is a half day course and the cost is $ 150.00. Refreshments and a comprehensive training manual will be provided. The course runs from 1.00pm to 5.00pm.
Getting Started with MYOB
This course is designed for new users of MYOB accounting software who wish to set up their business files correctly. The content of the course includes creating data files, transferring your key financial information, setting up accounts lists, cards, inventory items, opening and historical balances, initial bank reconciliation, basic accounting concepts and how to back up and restore your file.
This is a one day course and the cost is $ 275.00. Refreshments and a comprehensive training manual will be provided. The course runs from 8.30am to 5.30pm.
Working with your MYOB Accounting software
This course is designed for the new user of MYOB and will give you a working knowledge of the MYOB system and covers Sales, Purchases, Banking (including bank reconciliation) and Reporting.
This is a one day course and the cost is $ 275.00. Refreshments and a comprehensive training manual will be provided. The course runs from 8.30am to 5.30pm.
New version Payroll training
This course is designed for participants who are already familiar with MYOB Payroll from previous versions. Learn how to utilise the new features in MYOB15 and PREMIER 9 to your best advantage Set up standard pays, deal with superannuation, time saving tips including importing timesheets from excel.
This is a two hour course and the cost is $ 99.00. Refreshments and a comprehensive training manual will be provided. The course runs from 10.00am to 12.00pm.
How to best utilise the new features in MYOB Version 15 and Premier Version 9.
This is a two hour workshop designed to teach you how best to utilise the features in the new 2005 releases.

End of period reconciliation and reporting using MYOB accounting software
This course is designed for users of MYOB accounting software who would like to reconcile their company file at the end of each period and prepare their own BAS. You will learn how to set up the BASlink, reconcile your GST accounts, reconcile both debtors and creditors, reconcile superannuation and how to fix imbalances, prepare your file to send to your accountant, enter end of year adjustments and how to start new years, both financial and payroll.
